I received my Undergraduate Degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2014 and immediatley went on to receive my Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2015.
My passion for exercise was driven from my dad. He had his first heart operation when he was just 13 years old and throughout my entire life, I watched him workout every single day to help his condition. After watching him throughout the years I always knew I wanted to help people one way or another, and being an athlete myself, I saw the benefits of exercise for anyone and everyone. I knew one day I would be able to help change the lives of many through regular exercise.
The best part of working in the field is seeing those who I have been helping for either just a few months, or years, improve and feel better through everything we are able to do for them. It makes my heart happy when someone tells me that they’ve accomplished something they haven’t been able to do for such a long time. This is a very rewarding position to be in and I enjoy coming to work every day.

Other things that I do enjoy outside of the exercise realm are reading and writing. Once I submerse myself into a good book, it is hard to get me to stop!
I haven’t traveled to many places, yet, but I had the most amazing experience when I traveled to the Azores of Portugal. That is one of the most magical places on earth.
I have always loved running and that is truly one of the only sports that I am good at, other than volleyball and softball.. As long as I can avoid injuries of course. Yes, I am very accident proven to say the least. I am and will forever be a die hard Green Bay Packers fan.
I think the best word I would use to describe me is: Quirky.
One very fun fact about me is that I am excellent at talking in random accents. It is a very large and fun quirk of mine. There isn’t a day in the office that I’m not trying out a new one. You will also always see me smiling. I have been told, I am a very unique individual.
