I began my career in the Health & Fitness Industry in 2002. Over this time, I have worked for a variety of gyms & fitness centers with roles in management, as well as working directly with members & clients. I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals, as well as improve their function on a daily basis through safe & fun exercise programs specific to their needs.

Working at Joint Effort Exercise has been the most rewarding position I have had in my 20+yrs in this industry! Everyday, I see the benefits of what we do & how our members are able to travel, play with their grandkids, recover easier & quicker from surgery, go up & downstairs easier, etc.

Fun Facts!

I grew up in VT and am the youngest of 3 girls. We all played field hockey & lacrosse in high school & were named Player of the Year for the State of VT during our senior year. My parents still live in the house we grew up in (which my Dad & his Dad built in the early 70’s) & I enjoy visiting them as much as I can.

I am an avid runner & have completed 15+ Full Marathons throughout the country, from Big Sur, California to Disney in Florida to Boston Marathon. Besides travel to VT to spend time with my family, I enjoy traveling to tropical locations.
