It all started when I became a dancer at five years old and a few years later started playing softball. Between dance classes, competitions, softball practices, and games, my knees started to bother me at a young age of 12. I was prescribed Physical Therapy for a while and returned multiple times as years went on. Due to this experience, I fell in love with the concept of rehabilitation and strengthening and wanted to do the same for others as well. I I wanted to make a difference in other peoples lives just like those Physical Therapists did for me.
I began working at Joint Effort in September 2022 and have loved it here since! No matter what condition people were diagnosed with or limitations they have, we have made a positive impact on those lives. It is truly rewarding working in this field watching people 55 and over become healthier and stronger.

Although people would argue these are crazy facts, a few fun facts about me is that I love to clean and I wake up at 4:30 every morning to workout before coming into work. Waking up this early has been part of my routine for years so it is normal for me, but not to others!
Additionally, I love traveling. Whether it a weekend trip or a week long trip, I love making memories with my loved ones. Between the memories made and the tranquil yet enjoyable vibes, one of my favorite spots I have recently visited in the past year is Myrtle Beach.
