Manager/ Exercise Physiologist
Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP), Bachelor of Science, Sacred Heart University
My journey to become and exercise physiologist began with something deeply personal- my father’s health challenges. Watching him struggle with chronic conditions opened my eyes to how profoundly movement, and lifestyle, impact overall well-being. It was during those years that I realized I wanted to dedicate my career to helping others, especially those facing similar obstacles, live healthier and fuller lives.
Driven by that experience, I developed a passion for working with special populations, individuals managing chronic diseases or other health limitations. My goal is to create safe, effective and empowering exercise programs that improve not only physical health, but also confidence and quality of life.
Today, I find immense fulfillment in working with the senior population. I love helping older adults to stay active, maintain independence, and discover that it’s never too late to improve their health. Every day that I get to see our members living their best lives, is a reminder of why I choose this path.
Guilford
When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors or working on a creative project. I love camping with my husband, daughter and our dog, spending time together around the campfire, exploring new places, and enjoying the peace of nature. I’m also passionate about staying active, whether it’s hiking, biking, or playing softball, being on the move keeps me energized and happy.
Beyond my love for the outdoors, I have a creative side that thrives on anything crafty like woodworking or sewing, where I can bring ideas to life with my hands and a little imagination. Whether I’m crafting something, or getting lost in a weekend adventure, I find joy in creating, exploring and making memories with the people I love most.
