HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each member is evaluated individually to determine baseline functionality. 

A highly educated and experienced exercise physiologist then designs a program based on the results of the initial assessment, as well as the individuals goals and capabilities, but also around any limitations. 

The member is then throroughly instructed on how to perform all of the movements in the program safely and effectively which completes the initial phase of the membership.

Each session following this phase is supervised 100% of the time by the team of exercise physiologist to ensure a safe and effective session is experienced every time.
