Throughout the years, we have been slowly designing and adding programs and services to our centers that we know will help our members maintain or regain their functionality. Significant improvements in strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance have already been achieved in hundreds of shoreline residents through regular participation in these programs and we hope to continue to add more in years to come!
This is the program that started everything!
Our “Original” Joint Effort program consists of traditional, low impact cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Our specialized equipment allows just about anyone to exercise effectively and free of discomfort.
This program covers all five components of physical fitness and will help to improve muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility, body composition, balance, posture and much more!
Each program is designed and monitored 100% of the time by an experienced exercise physiologist who is dedicated to motivating and coaching you to reach your health and fitness goals!
No pushy personal trainers or high intensity coaches.
We take a very conservative approach initially in developing a program that is fit for your current capabilities so you start in the safest and most effective manner possible.
Through our proven system, we will gradually advance your program to help you move you closer to reaching your health and functional goals.
