• Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

    Step one:

    Call or stop into the center to arrange a time to meet with one of our friendly and knowledgeable exercise physiologists.

    Step two:

    Meet for a completely free, one on one consultation with an exercise physiologist. This time will allow us to learn more about your health and fitness goals and share with you how we can help!

    Step three:

    If you decide that Joint Effort is a good fit for you, then schedule the 30 minute physical evaluation and your 60 minute program design sessions with an exercise professional to design a program that is fit for you!
